My very sweet friends at work put together a beautiful shower/going away party for Brooke and I (Brooke is also pregnant and due about 6 weeks after me). It was at Chez Mimi in Brentwood and was just gorgeous. We had so much fun.

This weekend we went to the BYU-UCLA football game at the Rosebowl. Besides the 2+ hours it took us to get there....... we had a good time. We saw a ton of friends
and actually were lucky enough to be on the shady side of the stadium.
I was nervous about sitting through a long game in the heat but it turned out to be
a really fantastic night.

Last weekend we went out to the river. It was so nice and sunny. We enjoyed the good company and warm water.
We went for one last family trip before everyone headed back to school. Chris headed off to BYU Hawaii, Tyler went back to BYU and Dani is starting dental hygeine school in Provo.
The river is always a perfect summer vacation. Even when you can't do anything but relax:)
