Avery Christine McDonald made it to the world! She was born October 26th at 3:22 am. She was 20 inches long and 7 lbs 13 ounces. We are finally home from the hospital and are really enjoying our baby girl! It has been a wild roller coaster for me but the baby is perfect. In a nut shell I had to stay in the hospital for 9 days. 5 of those days were spent in the ICU which was horrible. I had a ton of different complications that would take too long to explain but now I am home and the only big thing bugging me is the fact that my right leg is partially paralyzed and so I cannot walk on my own only with the help of my walker. I will have to give you more of an update later gotta run......... just wanted to post some pictures of the little one.

She is such a little runt! I cannot believe what a doll baby she is! She looks like Scooty pants, but the pic where she is looking right at the camera reminds me of you. I don't think it's her looks, I think it's the hidden humor in the eyes! Love you all!

Yay Shellie and Scooter! Congrats! I don't know anyone who has spoken so enthusiastically about having kids as Shellie, so it is exciting to see that the little one in your lives has finally arrived.
I was bummed to read about the complications though. Doesn't sounds fun. I hope you are doing better by now. Let your loyal fans know how you are doing now, please! Are you alright? Do I need to fly over to bring you dinner?
